Very tasty! So easy and healthy, I definetely recommend making the Black Bean Quinoa Salad. The recipe says it makes 4-6 servings, however, since it will be my main dish for several meals I'd say it makes a generous 3 servings. If you pair it with something else it can be stretched to 4-5 servings. Check out my review on the recipe (shouldn't be too hard to figure out which one's mine!).
