The trees are absolutely beautiful right now. Sadly, they're losing their leaves at increasing rates each day and I felt inspired after my recent color post to take more pictures.

I focused this post on rows of beautiful trees. The colors were even more vibrant and stunning in person.

I've made it quite a bit lately though and decided sometimes simple can be even better to share. I've tried to find as many simple quick meals as possible lately and ditch the complicated recipes that take forever. Less pots and pans, less time, you know the drill.
